Panckingz | Logo Design

Panckingz is a Mini Dutch pancake & waffle sticks stall which is available to book for weddings, events and parties in the West Yorkshire area. I was approached by the owner to design the main brand logo for Panckingz, which would go onto being used on the all the various point of sale material. The client already had his own rough draft of a logo which he sent me over, mentioning he wanted to keep the final logo as close to his rough draft as possible, so I didn't change the design drastcially.      I first tidied up the design of the pancake logo and chose a new font for the text in the logo. I then chose some key brand colours and adjusted the layout in a way where the pancake logo could be put either above the text or alongside it. After my first draft of the logo, I talked back & forth with the client, and I made a few tweaks as per his specifications. Below is the process of the logo design and a few examples of it being used on point of sale materials.
